Summary/Abstract: At the point where the basic requirements of people are mentioned, a process which takes considering the hierarchy of needs of Maslow starting from the physiological needs to the self-actualization taking into account, is put forward It will not be wrong to say that there are requirements such as meeting, communicating with others and socializing with communication. Relationship and communication dimensions are important concepts with this aspect. Many studies on the general communication, relationship and working environment can be stated. However, the studies conducted on health management graduates were not found at the same intensity. In the light of this information, it is aimed to conduct a study on the relationship and communication of health management graduates working in health organizations in business environment. The participants were asked to evaluate the relationship and communication processes within the organizational structure from their own windows.
