Summary/Abstract: The Turkistan policies began during the Tsarist Russia period also continued during Soviet Russia period. Those who stand against the expansion of Russia were called as colourist by the Russian People especially during the Soviet period. This movement called as Independencism today by the Turkestanis developed especially in Fergana and its surroundings during Soviet Russia period. The Turkestanis gave the title of Korbashi to those who ruled the movement. Here, one of those Korbashis is Şir Muhammed Bek defined by Russians as Basmachi who made us occupied so much. Şir Muhammed Bek who began to fight in Fergana had to abandon his county when Turkistan came after the domination of Soviet Russia. The last stop of this compulsory travel became Turkey. This writing is about the Korbashi Şir Muhamed Bek declared as public enemy by Soviet Russia and his Korbashi Concept.
