Summary/Abstract: The constantly changing and developing structure of our century requires self renewal and adaptation of learning. But, in these processes of change, teachers do not have the right to speak; they must form themselves and conform to the patterns created. While teachers are the most important factor in the educational process. Teaching is not just a profession of knowledge transfer. Despite the fact that the most important factor, the formation of the personality and therefore the society are the teachers, their experience, knowledge and skills are not sufficiently used in this process of change and development. The fact that teachers are the most important building blocks of education is an important factor that we face in determining their teaching skills.
