Summary/Abstract: The well-known brand concept has been the subject of debate in Turkish Trademark Law for many years. In practice, there is no clear and definitive criterion on the well-known brand, and the evaluation of the brand is generally made on the basis of the event subject to the case. As a method of this study, the criteria of the well-known brand were examined separately on the basis of Turkish Trademark Law. The aim of this study is to determine the position and position of the well-known brand in Turkish law.
