Summary/Abstract: The political game is dramatically interspersed in the game of life. I consider that an honest look at the contemporary political scene can lead to the conclusion that both in Caragiale’s time and in our own time political groups are quite similar, they have the same purposes, they work with the same instruments, among which compromise and betrayal are solutions for apparent salvation. Caragiale’s comic is a resource that is in tune with the puppet stage, as it offers a generous material that can be explored though comic means such as the satirical, the grotesque, the ironic, or the humorist. By approaching the plays through the means of animation theatre, one can discover new variants for staging, which can lead to emancipation in deciphering the traps of politics.
