Summary/Abstract: In this study, the effects of diversity have been evaluated in the context of the diversity management, which have been frequently seen in the business literature since 1980s, and which have great importance for organizations that carry out international operations. The aim of the study is to make a literature review about the effects of diversity and to contribute to Turkish literature on this subject and to raise awareness about the diversity management. The research is important because it provides valuable information for organizations in terms of identifying positive and negative factors that may arise due to the effects of diversity.
