Summary/Abstract: In the context of the problematic situations that appear in school organizations it is necessarily to know how to communicate with others. Management styles and communication are closely linked. The engine of these styles is communication. Without it, no interaction process can take place. How should the school principal communicate with the staff of the organization? How can we influence their development? What is the best style to lead a school organization? These are the questions to which I will try to answer in the next pages.
