Summary/Abstract: The focuses of this analysis are the issues regarding the rules of attribution and the legal consequences, both in the light of the Genocide case. From the transitional justice point of view, the judgment was regrettable in that it left thousands of victims without judicial redress and compensation, and this is unfortunate.
