Summary/Abstract: People dreamed of the ideal world from the beginig of their history, that’s why the ancient philosophers created works like Politics (Arystoteles) or State (Platon), the most important work regarding this problem was Utopia written by Thomas Morus. Unfortunatelly reality did not corespond with these dreams, so anti – utopia arised very early as realistic point of view. Anti – utopical novel was developed especially in XX th century. In Czechoslovakia in 70ties there was written three of them: Myši Natalie Mooshaberové of L. Fuks, Maso of M. Harníček and Katyně of P. Kohout. Each of them showed backstage of total political system, its hypocrisy and destructive influence on social communication, especially on language.
