Trends in Monitoring Health and Human Development: Key Assessment Terms in the European Commission Staff Working Documents (May 2012 - May 2016)

Summary/Abstract: The present paper provides a systematic review of the European Commission Staff Working Documents (SWD) in the field of the health programmes launched in the period May 2012 - May 2016. The key findings of the research are that: 1) the results reveal a complex research of more than fifty topics in the field of health and human development in the European Union (EU); 2) the examination of the relationship among three thematic areas of the health programmes (core health system indicators; health policies and strategies and human – public-health approach).
