Summary/Abstract: Starting from the need for a sustainable development – meetingthe needs of the present times without compromising the possibility of thefuture generations to meet their own needs – the aspects regarding thepackaging and packaging waste management are an active measure meantto protect the natural environment. In this context, this work analyses thelatest legislative amendments to the law regarding packaging andpackaging waste management.
