Summary/Abstract: Welcome to the fourth issue in 2015 of the Revista de Ştiinte Politice. Revue des Sciences Politiques (hereinafter RSP). The content and the thematic of the journal provided since issue 41/2014 are dedicated to encounter the East and West political challenges recently debated by the academic community and scientists. The content of issue 48/2015 gathers the academia accross post-communist memories and local patterns in-between East andWest cultural legacies and current political and international security challenges.
