So that sexual harassment does not become a norm

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents an incident related to sexual harassment by a student teacher. On the basis of the situation depicted in the documentary broadcast by TVN 24 the authors attempted to analyze this incident in legal and procedural terms. Both the event itself and the roles of people involved in the incident were considered. Based on the behavior of each individual, the authors developed a procedure for teachers, defined the responsibilities of the institutions responsible for maintaining security at school and discussed the criminal liability for the neglect of the procedural activities.
