Summary/Abstract: In October 2018, certain amendments were brought to the Fiscal Code, Tax Procedure Code, but also to Law no. 85/2014 on insolvency prevention procedures and on insolvency procedure. Furthermore, the following laws were amended, such as Law no. 303/2004 on the statutes of judges and prosecutors, Law no. 304/2004 regarding judicial organization and Law no. 317/2004 on the Superior Council of Magistracy. In the same month, Law no. 1/2011 on National Education, and the Regulation on the National Institute of Magistracy were also amended.
