Summary/Abstract: Relating to the activity carried out by the Constitutional Court of Romania, in October 2018, several decisions were published in the Official Journal, regarding art. 277 para. (2) and (4) of the Civil Code, Law for the amendment and supplement of Law on local public administration no. 215/2001 and for repealing art. 21 of Law no. 213/1998 regarding the public property, and also regarding the provisions of art. III item 3 and item 4 of Law for the amendment and supplement of the NCCP, as well as for the amendment and supplement of certain regulations.
