Summary/Abstract: Several legislative acts have been amended in November 2018. Some of them included the Labour Code, Law No 279/2005 regarding apprenticeships and Government Emergency Order No 195/2002 regarding traffic on public roads. The following rules have also been amended in November: the Implementing Rules of the Fiscal Code, the Implementing Rules of Chapter IV of Law No 360-2002 regarding the status of police officers, the granting of rewards and the disciplinary liability of police officers, as well as the Rules on the fees for the services supplied by notaries public. Law No 255/2010 on expropriation on grounds of public interest was also amended in November 2018.
