Summary/Abstract: The practice of mediation, which aims to voluntary and confidential communication among parties in conflict, in the presence of an impartial and neutral third person (the mediator), it becomes a universal form of extra-judicial control of complex relationships. The relationship that forms on line conflict-dialogue and dialogue-mediation is a complex crosscutting theme that aims to improve human relations by identifying the least invasive solution. The present author, in a synthetically substantive manner, reveals a multifaceted advantages of this form of conflict resolution. She also shows that this method can serve as an inspiration to non-judicial dispute resolution in the Church community – particularly in the area of marriage and family. Since the 1990s, “the institution of mediation” is the undisputed party also conciliatory in a pluralistic, Polish reality.
