Summary/Abstract: In December 2018, several amendments were made to the New Code of civil procedure, to Law no. 2/2013 regarding some measures for the relief of some courts of law, as well as for preparing the enforcement of Law no. 134/2010 of the Civil Procedure Code, G.E.O. no. 51/2008 concerning the judicial public aid in civil matters, based on the same regulation, as well as to the Fiscal Code, based on two distinct regulations. In the same month, Law no. 360/2002 regarding the Statute of police servants, Law no. 80/1995 on the status of military personnel, Law no. 384/2006 on the status of professional soldiers and graduated professionals were amended. Moreover, in December 2018, the following laws were also amended: Law of national education no. 1/2011, Regulation on the organization and operation of the Superior Council of Magistracy, Law no. 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and employment incentives of labour force.
