The property relations between the religious parish and the religious house

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the problematic concerning the property relations between the religious parish and the religious house. According to the Author these relations are founded on two basic principles: the autonomy of the two juridical persons, i.e. the religious parish and the religious house, and cooperation in view of the salvation of souls. The Author then applies these basic principles by commenting on income, the administration of goods and, finally, the common costs to be apportioned.
