Summary/Abstract: In the last 20 years, the number of civil society organizations operating in Albania has increased. Taking into consideration the number of employees in these organizations and the impact on the life of Albanian society, it seems as if they are a separate class of this society, and even I would dare call it a separate profession. In these organizations, discourse looks as if it has the nature of a functional variety or a sub-code which is characterized by a special lexis, but in its composition we find other varieties of Albanian language. In this variety, it is really noticeable even the fact of Albanian-English code-mixing, in some cases it is even redundantly used. Considering employees as a social group in these organizations, due to their work-related nature, (they come from different professions) we can consider it as a sociolect. But what is the nature of this discourse?
