Summary/Abstract: Strike action, often simply called a strike, is a work stoppage caused by the mass refusal by employees to perform work. Civil servants are one of the basic components of public administration, but their relations of civil service are also important for labor law because they actually represent labor relations which present certain characteristic features caused by the incidence of some public law norms. From the point of view of labor law, there is of extremely importance and interest the issue of exercising the right to strike of the civil servants in accordance with the principle of civil service continuity.
