Summary/Abstract: Emmanuel’s Death and Resurrection harmonizes the existential horizontality and verticality in a new unit of life, called the Cross of Christ, on the pediment of which are not only nailed the plague of death and the pestilence of sin, but also the transfiguring arms of the theoforic humanity are graved: the Resurrection and the Life. Therefore, God-The Holy Trinity, life in its absolute, is offering to us the neo-existential paradigm, the Cross, as an arduous ascension assumed towards He Who is.
