The canonical, statutory and regime of monks' asset

Summary/Abstract: Together with clergy and lay staff, monks constitute another category of Church members. When joining the monastery, they depose three vows: the submission one, the castity and the vow of voluntary poverty. Some canonical norms regulate their judicial system, having both canonical and judicial consequences. In addition, a part of state legislation imply (directly or indirectly) the way in which those three vows are deposed by the relevant monks.
