Summary/Abstract: The Legislator of IV Archdiocesan Synod and III Gdansk Synod undertaking suggestions outlined by both CIC and II Polish Plenary Synod, in synodal statutes defines the norms of particular law citing in statutes conditions of held worship, charitable work, specific ministrative duties and the problem of ecumenism in Archdioceses. The statutes of both Synods discuss one by one the Sacraments, thus they do not differ one from another. Only the III Gdansk Synod, referring to the places of held worship. Within the framework of statutes included decree of Minister of Culture and National Heritage of 18th October 2000 regarding regulations and procedures of issuing and withdrawing permissions for restoration, archeological and excavating works and conditions of conducting works and qualifications of people licensed to perform these works. Since in Warsaw Archdiocese there are many Christian Churches, with whom undertaken dialogue should be continued. It aims to do so appointed by the Archbishop the Centre for Christian Unity, which duties are defined by the Legislator statutes of IV Archdiocesan Synod. The Gdansk Synod does not approach the question.
