Summary/Abstract: In the article the subjects of functioning teal organizations as a factor which determines workers competences were considered. Category od teal organization was characterized and concept of workers competences was approximated. There also was presented, that when compared workers competences in teal organizations with that manage in traditional way, teal one has advantage. The juxtaposition helped to express fields of competences in which functioning teal organizations is more effective than these managed in hierarchical way.
