The development of cultural reflection in the 20th century and the perspective of national culture in the studies of organizational culture

Summary/Abstract: Awareness of cultural differences allows to build business relationships and communication style effectively as well as select tools and solutions in the management process properly. The purpose of this article is to present what grounds our contemporary approach to organizational culture grew on, what caused that we approach the context of national culture in organizational culture in this particular way.
