Summary/Abstract: In the article are presented theoretical assumptions pertain to human resource management. Mechanisms affecting employee’s motivation are introduced as well as general outline of good practice in human resource management. Showing the issues can be helpful in achiving success and obtaing competitive advantage for organisation management thanks to using adequate administration strategy.
