Summary/Abstract: We intend to approach the educational act from the perspective of the model of the teacher, who can shape characters with dignity. Being a man of vocation in education means to feel a propensity for such a job, focusing on the desire to engage in raising and ennoblement of children. The use of the words freedom and dignity in the context of education suggests that perfection can only be achieved in an organized/orderly structure that wants to integrate the child’s world by giving it meaning.
