Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to try to answer the question what are the dependencies between employees’ commitment and their age, and whether it is necessary to diversify tools affecting employee commitment in connection with generational diversity in the workplace. The analysis will cover subject literature and the results of research that have already been carried out in this area.
