Favourable factors for occupational activity and passivity in Poland

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper was analysis of factors which favour occupational activity and passivity at the labour market in Poland. The paper is of theoretical – empirical character. Percentage participation of people who are passive occupationaly at the background of all representatives of a chosen subpopulation pointing at the factors favouring occupational activity, or passivity was investigated in the empirical part of the paper. The analises were conducted among 105 subpopulations within the +15 population. The available, referential material in the form of data of Central Statistical Office was used in the analyses.
