Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the bequest disposition order, drawing particular attention to the differentiation between the bequest order and the conditions and terms of its delivery (legacy). The author highlights the importance of providing a more complete legal regulation of this institute of Succession law, so as to eliminate the existing shortcomings in the legislator's regulation of current legal provisions.
