Intellectual capital in inter-regional cooperation

Summary/Abstract: In a turbulent market environment, the inter-organizational relations take on significant importance, which entitles to accept, in the management sciences, the network paradigm. Benefits acquired from cooperation between organizations contribute to obtaining a unique intellectual capital. Establishing relationships with other organizations contributes to broadening the amount of available knowledge as well as improving the absorption capacity of the organization. The article addresses the problem of the role of intellectual capital as a value of each enterprise in the context of its acquisition through inter-regional cooperation. The purpose of this article is to determine the intensity of cooperation of Podkarpackie enterprises with other organizations and institutions.
