Summary/Abstract: In this study, the financial performances of BIST 100 companies were analyzed between 2005 and 2017. In order to evaluate the financial performance of the companies in years, asset profitability, return on equity, profitability of sales, market value / book value ratio, price earning ratio, market value were taken. In the performance evaluation, Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) method was used in Multi Criteria Decision Making techniques. Thus, it has been investigated whether BIST100 companies have generally profitable, effective and high stock returns by periods. In addition, the relationship between TRL values and stock returns of BIST100 companies has been tried to be demonstrated.
