Summary/Abstract: The present paper represents a juridical and comparative study regarding the theoretical aspects of the legislative delegation, the dimensions of this concept, as provisioned by the Romanian constitutional provisions, of the Republic of Moldavia, and of other states. With regard to the concept of legislative delegation, it shapes a specific expressive form of relation between the Parliament and the Government as it is a living manifestation of the existent relations between the two major authorities of the state. The comparative analysis of this concept out of the perspective of several different legislations allowed the foundation of the collaborative and co-operative relation between the legislative and the executive authorities, as it is to be found under different forms of manifestation from one law to another.
