Summary/Abstract: The book by Filip Busina is an attempt to present the problems of the location and operation of enterprises and the entire construction sector in the Czech Republic during the difficult period 2008-2013 in the aspect of employment management. The starting point here is the author's statement that the optimal protection of human resources management is the basis for the success of any construction company. Such optimal protection must be aimed at creating a balance between economic and social goals, that is, it should ensure achieving the objectives of the whole company and meeting the needs of its employees.
