Summary/Abstract: The objectives of the text are (1) analysis of evolution of negotiations on the EU's 2014-2020 Multiannual Financial Framework and the role of Poland in its creation, and (2) analysis of the structure of expenses and foundations of the EU's financial system in the new MFF. Additionally, the Polish preparations for the use of the financial resources affer 2014 are described, together with the amount of money provided to Poland by the EU and the purposes they are earmarked for. The study presents the state of affairs at the end of August 2014.
