The Analysis of Human Rights Diplomacy in the Context of Islamic International Law

Summary/Abstract: One of the important topics of international law is human rights diplomacy, that is diplomatic processes on the axis of human rights. In this article, operation of western states to human rights diplomacy for their advantage and theoretical and practical framework have been analyzed. Firstly, western practice of human rights diplomacy has been described. Islamic theory has been expressed in the context of humas rights conception, basic qualification of international relations, principles of privity and territoriality and aims of Islamic diplomacy. Then Islamic practice of human rights diplomacy has been described in the context of morality, arbitration, security and foundaiton (vaqf). The article has been ended up with expressing the results.
