THE POLITICAL IMPACT OF REGULATORY STANDARS IN THE COUNTRIES LEGISLATION

Summary/Abstract: In line with the current globalization movement, the trend of quality management systems evolution was directed towards standardization, paving the way for a new conceptual leap of quality management systems, namely excellence in quality. One of the engines of the quality management system implementation in the context of the actual globalization is the "certification bodies for quality management systems." The evolution of these organisms on the Romanian indirectly shows the interests and trends of implementing quality management systems in the Romanian machinery producing organizations.
