Summary/Abstract: The present paper presents the role of the Romanian Constitutional Court in soving the conflicts between public authorities. The article is focused on the theoretical framework as well as on the empirical analysis of the political affiliations of the heads of the public authorities, the prerogatives of the Constitutional Court and the consequences of its decisions.
