Summary/Abstract: From the beginning of the world every older generation has been certain that the younger would be worse and not be able to cope in life. Assessing the potential of young people is extremely difficult and requires the analysis of the generations that society is currently creating. This is particularly important for the accurate diagnosis of the generation that is supposed to energize the labor market. The strengths and weakness analysis must be completed. Try to find differences between generations and properly diagnose them so that employers are prepared to create offers for their new employees. It is important to analyze the language of the young generation, their expectations, goals and values. In shaping an effective worker we must also try to shape their attitudes and civic skills. The youth has always been and will be the engine of change. The proper understanding of their attitudes and motivations for action will allow them to evaluate and develop the labor market with respect to their expectations and expectations of employers. Rapidly changing trends mean that in addition to time-consuming research methods, the current review analysis should be used as in the case of this article. The text was also written based on the experience and observations made during the three-year running of the "Business Class" program, in which the labor market, employee behavior and the desire for good earnings were a frequent topic of conversations, workshops and analyzes.
