Summary/Abstract: In relation to the approach of people with special needs, three strategies have been used over the years: the first is the social one, according to which the marginalization of disabled people is generated by the lack of interest of society in the use of their capacities, as demonstrated by its insufficient adaptation to facilitating the access of the analyzed category in the community life, proven by the insufficient access into these buildings in our country (materialized by insufficient ramps or elevators) and by the insufficient cooperation of the members of the target group in the professional life of the society.
