Summary/Abstract: National minorities have been and will continue to remain a topical issue and will always raise new challenges. Thus, each of them separately, but also respecting all international principles that it wants the rights that they should have, will have at least a moral obligation to recognize and give them support. International policies, about this phenomenon and to its globalization show that it requires a permanent update, rules for their support, in an attempt to avoid problems which always occur in the case of minority groups, so keeping pace with modern times.
