Summary/Abstract: Trafficking in human beings is not an isolated phenomenon, specific to our country, but has acquired a cross-border and organized character. Among the methods of victim recruitment, this article proposes to treat the most sophisticated recruitment method, namely "loverboy" or "in love". It is the only method by which recruiting traffickers, who are the first link of a trafficking network, use the emotional attachment of a woman to compel her to prostitute and bring her into full suppression.
