Gender aspects of health sociology

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with a new direction in the sociology of health, which point is a gen-der approach and a technique of gender analysis. The author describes the present state of the gender sociology of health in Russia, shows directions and results of researches, and also sets the tasks of further development of the theory and methods of gender analysis in sociol-ogy of health.
