Summary/Abstract: Self-knowledge is one of the most complex and difficult forms of human knowledge because it targets a psychic reality which, unlike physical, material reality, is harder to perceive, analyze, establish its limits. Through the self-knowledge and personal development activities, realistic self-evaluation skills of emotional and behavioral self-evaluation are developed in various situations related to life and career.
