Summary/Abstract: Dismissal is an extreme measure of the employer which consists in termination of the existing labour relation with one of his employees.Dismissal represent the termination of the individual employment contract at the initiative of the employer.The dismissal may be disposed for reasons related to the employee or for reasons not related of his person.Dismissal for reasons not related to the employee is the termination of the individual employment contract due to the termination of the employment occupied by the employee, for one or more reasons unrelated to the person.Abolition of the employment must be effective and have a real and serious cause.
