Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to identify entrepreneurial attitudes among Russian people, which include their opinions and actions in the field of entrepreneurship in the cultural context. Cultural factors have a great impact on the entrepreneurial behavior of the Russian people. They are not afraid of risk connected with running their own business. The fact that they slightly initiate the entrepreneurial activity, although it is high valued in society, can be caused by the lack of good conditions for this. Apart from that, the changing values in the hierarchy connected with the professional activities which are mailny aimed at fulfilling material needs, have an influence, too. On the one hand, the importance of values such as the ability to enjoy life, to realize their potential and to show initiative, the ability of social approval and creativity decreased in the hierarchy of importance. On the other hand, the importance of success, feeling of safety and stability increased. The sense of community, computed in the need for social justice did not change.
