Summary/Abstract: School success is manifested by very good results in learning and involves self-knowledge, awareness of forces and mobilization of them in overcoming obstacles. School failure is a set of school losses whose effects have a negative impact on social integration, based on several factors that have as their main causes: the individual, the parents and the family, the school and the local community. We chose this subject as a result of finding that many pupils fail to achieve the performances they can reach, being content with mediocrity. It is important for the student to start having contact with education from earlier age. Setting goals is essential from a very early age for to gain self-confidence. They become aware that their work or actions have an influence on the future. The aim of this study is to identify school factors that influences pupils performance, the factors that will help them on their way to self-knowledge their own possibilities, on the way to success.
