Summary/Abstract: The objectives which this work regards are to distinguish the characteristics of the scientific discourse, to identify its peculiarities, its definition, its evolution. The scientific discourse is characterized by a constant concern for objectivity, precision, method and intellectual rigor. It is used mainly in formal, institutionalized communication, in order to inform or to describe, to explain or to convince.
