Summary/Abstract: Ion Chinezu's correspondence, a forerunner of his time, the leader of the Romanian interwar publication "Gînd românesc", reveals other aspects of his personality, apart from the known ones. Besides the documentary side, the exchange of letters between him and Basil Munteanu proves spiritual affinities, common shared values, journalistic recommendations, concerns in the area of literary relations.
